Neujahrskonzert 2013
It’s that time of the year again! Feliz Ano Novo! :^)
En esta ocasión para empezar el año con tino, descorcharemos un Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart 1995 para acompañar a nuestra manera a la filarmónica de Viena.
Es esta una cuvée muy especial, creada en honor al fundador de la maison. Y que recibe un envejecimiento adicional para remarcar la estructura y el potecial de la añada. La cuvée es el resultado de una mezcla de chardonnay proveniente de los viñedos Grand Cru de la Côte des Blancs y de pinot noir de la Montagne de Reims.
